About Us

The apartments are owned and operated by De Maio Ltd. and CD Propertys Ltd., a cross-border, Budapest-based corporations dealing primarily with expatriate services and real estate consultancy. We started out with just a few apartments which we placed at the disposal of our key clients. Increasing demand led us to expand the apartments, which we have refurbished according to the tastes of our foreign clientele, including Italian-style furnishings and restored hardwood floors. One of our other key concerns was location. We have chosen a building in the first district, in the very heart of Budapest, ideal for anyone travelling on business or pleasure. The apartments can be found in the very first building on Main Street, at the corner of Clark Adam Square, at the foot of Castle Hill, and next to the royal Chain Bridge.
